
Leonard J.C. Hardesty, Jr. has more than 25 years of experience advising families, fiduciaries and closely held business owners. His practice focuses on tax-efficient estate planning, probate and trust administration, probate litigation and fiduciary disputes, guardianship, special needs planning, Medicaid planning and fair hearings, and business succession.
Clients work directly with Mr. Hardesty on practical strategies for preserving assets, resolving disputes and carrying out long-term family and business objectives.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Hardesty worked in international taxation at RJR Nabisco and KPMG. He earned an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a J.D. and M.B.A. in Accounting from Seton Hall University, and a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Dana Advant is the firm's paralegal, supporting estate planning, estate administration and client coordination. She holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Villanova University and is a Certified Paralegal® and New Jersey Notary Public.
Lori Czarnecki supports the firm and its clients with the administrative details that help matters proceed smoothly.
